General Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders containing customized items will require additional production time, as specified in the product listing.

International Shipping: While the standard terms outlined below apply to Singapore, international shipping is available upon request. For orders outside Singapore, please contact us via email service@dreamweavers.com.sg for an accurate shipping cost calculation.
Order Readiness

Confirmation Email: Once your order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

Combined Orders: If your order includes customized items, the entire order will be shipped together once production is complete. If you need non-customized items to be shipped earlier, please place separate orders.
Local Shipping

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days, and all shipments are fully trackable. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Free Shipping: Available for orders over SGD150 (subtotal, excluding shipping costs).

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of SGD10 applies for orders below SGD150.

Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee, and the processing time may be extended.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
Express Courier:

Delivery Time: For urgent orders, we offer same-day delivery through our express courier service. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of SGD35 is charged for urgent orders.

Service Availability: This service is available only within specific areas in Singapore. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please note that this service will only be available when order is ready.
Self-Collection:

Location: You can collect your orders from our showroom at 140 Robinson Road #04-01/02/03, Singapore 068907.

Processing Time: Orders will be ready for collection within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time may vary for customized or personalized orders.

Notification: You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection, along with instructions on how to proceed.

Identification Requirement: Please bring the order confirmation email when collecting your order for identity verification.

Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days from the time of placement. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.

Local Delivery: After dispatch, local orders within Singapore are expected to arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Express courier orders may arrive on the same day as dispatch if placed before the cut-off time.

Public Holidays and Peak Periods: Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, sales events, or other high-demand periods. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays during these times.

Unforeseen Delays: Dreamweavers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, including courier companies, customs clearance, or other logistical issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays during sale and holiday periods or for lost orders.
Order Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: Due to our commitment to prompt order processing, cancellations or amendments are generally not allowed once an order has been placed. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before submitting them.

Post-Order Requests: Any request for cancellation or amendment after order confirmation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approvals are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, even in the event of order cancellation or return.

Force Majeure: Dreamweavers is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of orders due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, transportation strikes, or other force majeure events.
