Our production lead-time is currently approximately 2-4 weeks. This is a guideline only and is not a guarantee. Please note that this estimate is from when we have received payment/order confirmation, and receiving all full required details from customer, artwork confirmation, and is not from the date of the initial enquiry. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us directly.
- Artwork will be sent for your confirmation & approval by the next 7 business days, upon receiving payment/order confirmation, and receiving all full required details from customer.
- After artwork confirmation & approval, your job then goes into production. Production turnaround times is 7-14 business days. Once production begins we will ship your job by the end of the turnaround period.
- Order placed after cut-off time at 5pm will be considered as next-working-day order.
- Artwork confirmation receive after cut-off time at 12pm will be considered as next-working-day job.
- Our courier is scheduled for collection at 12 pm (Monday-Friday). All order placed or artwork confirmation received after cut-off time at 12 pm on Friday will be considered as next-working-day order, which will only be processed on the following Monday.
- Our lead times start once your invoice is paid, however, delays in receiving full details to be printed and artwork confirmation can result in a delayed start to your production regardless of a paid invoice.
- Please note, all timing stated above is noted in Business Days. Our production is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Personalize it with your wedding details easily and quickly, just fill in your wedding details (ie: Groom & Bride's name, Wedding Date, Time, Venue, and any other details you want it to be printed) in the Personalization box. *1 time artwork change will be allowed for review, please ensure that all details as provided are correct. We will not accept reject, refund or demand and will not entertained any complain arises from typo errors or mistakes once printed.
