Red and White Coconut Slushies

Red and White Coconut Slushies

Make 2 tall glasses.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup lemonade

• 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries and/or strawberries

• 1 cup coconut milk

• 1 ½ cup ice

• Honey to taste

STEPS:

• Make the red layer by adding lemonade, frozen raspberries/strawberries and honey in the blender.

• Blend and adjust liquid or frozen fruit to get the right slushy consistency. Set aside.

• Make the white layer by adding coconut milk, ice and honey in the blender. Blend and set aside.

• Pour the berry slushies and top off with coconut slushies into 2 tall glasses.
